The JH-W03 Fluid Pipeline Magnetic Separator, also known as a Magnetic Fluid Separator, Wet Magnetic Separator, or Magnetic Fluid Filter, is designed for use with fluids and semi-fluids of varying viscosities.
It effectively removes ferrous impurities and fine magnetic particles, ensuring material purity and protecting downstream processing equipment.
2. High-Quality Construction
The housing and panel are made from premium stainless steel, ensuring reliable sealing between the body and the drawer panel.
Equipped with silicone sealing gaskets, the unit effectively prevents material leakage and environmental contamination while blocking external pollutants to maintain product quality.
All welds are high-strength and highly sealed, having passed rigorous sealing and pressure tests.
The unit is easy to install and clean, operates without energy consumption, and offers low operating costs.

4. High-Efficiency Iron Removal

Equipped with 10 high-strength magnetic bars arranged at 12–15mm intervals, forming a dense and strong magnetic field for the efficient removal of fine magnetic impurities.

Bare magnetic field strength reaches up to 16,000 Gauss; magnetic field strength outside the protective tube reaches up to 13,500 Gauss.

5. Convenient Observation and Maintenance
A tempered glass observation window allows operators to easily monitor impurity accumulation on the magnetic bars in real time.
6. Fully Automatic Cleaning System
A push-pull cylinder mechanism enables fully automated cleaning, significantly reducing labor intensity and improving operational efficiency.
