Easy-Clean Magnetic Trap for Liquid Pipelines
This magnetic liquid trap captures ferromagnetic particles from liquids conveyed through pipelines. An additional stainless steel sleeve surrounds the magnetic rods to make collected iron contamination easier to remove during cleaning.
Configuration and Selection
- Construction: 304 or 316L stainless steel. Select the material to suit the liquid and cleaning conditions.
- Magnetic configuration: 3,000–10,000 GS options. The specified field value, measurement location and supplied configuration should be confirmed with your quotation; this is not an in-service adjustment range.
- Connections: Standard flange connections; other connection requirements can be reviewed.
- Pressure: The catalogue range is 6–10 bar, depending on pipe diameter. Confirm the rating for the selected size, seals and operating temperature before ordering.
- Temperature: Standard working temperature ≤80°C. Higher-temperature applications require a separately confirmed configuration.
- Surface finish: Polished finishes are available. Specify your surface-finish, hygiene and cleaning requirements for review.
- Identification: Custom laser marking of a brand or logo is available on request.
What Makes This Version Easier to Clean?
The additional sleeve is the key difference from the standard liquid magnetic trap. Choose between the two versions based on contamination loading, cleaning frequency and access for maintenance. Easy-clean construction does not mean automatic cleaning or uninterrupted operation during maintenance.
