The fluid Magnetic Traps is designed to separate ferromagnetic particles from liquid materials conveyed through pipelines. Its standard configuration includes flanges (other types of terminals can be provided upon request), enabling easy installation within pipelines. The device operates under 6-10 bar pressure (depending on pipeline diameter) and can be customized to withstand higher pressures if needed. It is particularly effective for cleaning liquid materials transported in pressurized pipelines and finds applications in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals.
