AlNiCo magnets are divided into sintered AlNiCo and cast AlNiCo. The product shapes are mostly round and square. The advantages of AlNiCo magnets are high remanence (up to 1.35T) and low temperature coefficient. When the temperature coefficient is -0.02%/℃, the maximum operating temperature can reach about 520℃. The disadvantages are very low coercive force (usually less than 160kA/m) and nonlinear demagnetization curve. Therefore, although AlNiCo magnets are easy to magnetize, they are also easy to demagnetize.

Alnico Magnets

AlNiCo permanent magnet materials can be divided into two categories according to the manufacturing process: cast AlNiCo series and powder sintered AlNiCo series. They are more heat-resistant than NdFeB permanent magnets, and are widely used, with a maximum temperature resistance of 650 degrees.
